To all Covered Bridgers, both owners and legal renters:
We are now using a new and more efficient manner for reporting problems, both between neighbors (which we hope never happens) and with respect to needed repairs, assistance with your unit or building and anything else which may come up and which in your opinion can be taken care of by the "Reps".
Here's what you do: Instead of first notifying the Trustee, go straight to your rep. If you don't have a rep for your building, contact one of us - our phone numbers are on the condo list and in the Covered Bridge directory and we will take it from there. You will be kept advised of our progress and conversely, if it is not a problem which falls under our authority, you will be so advised, but you WILL get an answer. If it's a problem which we feel should go directly to the Resident Violations Committee or the Alternative Resolution Committee, we will get it to them.
Weare trying to make this process more efficient and faster so please cooperate. We want to keep you all happy and safe, but as we have said before - do please us your heads - if it's a 911 situation, don't waste time with us - DIAL 911. For example: If water is leaking into your apartment from your upstairs neighbor - tell the neighbor and call the office, if you smell gas or smoke or flames, again - 911. Please, read this letter carefully, follow its instructions, help us to help you, and again - use your heads and your judgment and we'll all be in great shape!
