Residents of Covered Bridge
I am sure that many of you have heard that we are working on amendments to the Covered Bridge By-Laws. It is being done, because our By-Laws are outdated and need to be improved for the betterment of Covered Bridge.
The only way this can be done is with your help. You have a responsibility to yourself, and your neighbors to be there to help approve the By-Laws, when they are completed.
Some of the areas we are working on are the impeachment process from the Board of Trustees and voting privileges per unit. There are many other improvements for you the residents of Covered Bridge.
Please tell your neighbors about this, tell them to be prepared and send out the word. We need you.
