Guess for some reason you have not been updated to the fact that Rose Profetta has resigned her position as a trustee and accepted the former accountents job as bookeeper. I would check what her official position is. Taking her place as trustee, non other then moi, me, sy smolin. Now to be a ball breaker. I just happned to look at the c/b web site. I was quite surprised to see the space alloted to Trustees to publish whatever. This is a no,no. The by laws call for the trustees to administer the condo assoc. No more no less. They are not supposed to be self promoting themselves as if they are running for re-election. There is a fine line. Trustees are allowed to take part in certain situations as
long as there are no conflict of interest, and they are not self
promoting them selves, or speaking on behalf of other trustees I want to cut this short, but that is the jist of my comments. This should have been discussed by the trustees, and I can assure you I will bring it up.

I got two questionable messages dated 10/1. I don't wish to get
embroiled in a silly discussion on the By-Laws. When one has to
entertain the notion that when the Constitution does not state a
particular item, that means it is then allowable. Several years ago at
an open candidates night meeting in the ballroom, after all the
candidates had given their qualifications, what had taken place for years
and years was a questions to the candidates from the floor. The first
candidate to be questioned stated he would answer no questions because
the by-laws didn't state that he had to. His friend who just happened to
be that years election judge, agreed with him. The rest of the meeting
was called off. No questions to anyone. Just one example. Later that
year we found out what a rat the individual was, he was elected despite
his refusal to answer any questions. He was one of the individuals that
tried to sneak through the deferred payment agreements to the three
people currently suing C/B.
