OWNERS AMP RENTERS

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT

NOTICES

1.  The maintenance staff will distribute buckets of ice melt pellets to each building
for use when snow/ice arrives. Please do not use rock salt that you may purchase.
Use of rock salt on concrete is destructive to the compound.  The buckets of ice
pellets are for use only on your Covered Bridge walks directly in front of the
building. Please call the office for refill of the ice pellets.

2.              Condo owners are strongly urged to have homeowners insurance, and any renters
are strongly urged to have tenant insurance for their own protection, because
Covered Bridge is not responsible for the paint or wallpaper on the inside walls of
the unit or for personal property within them.

5.               The Clubhouse will be closed on Wednesday, December 21, 2011 until 12:30 PM
for cleaning.

6.               The office will be closed on Monday, December 26, in observance of
Christmas.

7.               Recyclables regularly scheduled for pick up on Monday, December 26 will be
picked up on Wednesday, December, 28, 2011.

BARBECUE RULES

1. Any resident wishing to use the barbecue should sign up in the office for a designated time and show

your ID card. The barbecues are available from 10 AM through 10 PM.

2. Please be sure to leave the area clean. Clean the grill and empty the coals into the galvanized pail

when you are finished. Leave the picnic tables clean as well. A galvanized pail, a shovel and a brush for the grill are at each barbecue site.

3. Be sure not to put any garbage into the galvanized pails. Hot coals in the galvanized pails could create

a fire. Please use the recycling containers.

4.  Bring your own coals, gloves, matches or fire starter, and lighter fluid.

5.    You are responsible for any use of alcohol at your barbecue site.

6.  Fire extinguishers are there for emergency only.

7.    Please do not bring food into the pool area.

8.    Please act responsibly when using this area. Remember this area is for everyone's enjoyment.
